i have about a 32.5 inch waist right now…..175 pounds. i was at around 35 inches 2.5 weeks ago at 185.
 
im going to get down another 10 pounds to 165.  So basically I’ve figured out how to lose weight, but I want to be able to see more definition on my body.
 
Then i should do a combo of weight training and cardio to get my abs to show after getting to 165? i think i might get my body fat measured at 165 just to see what it is.  What is the best way to measure my body fat percentage?

I have never imagined myself to be in a weight loss camp.  But because I am already too fat for my age and height, I have decided that it might be a good try.  At first I was nervous because I know no kids who are enrolled in weight loss summer camps.  But I never regretted in joining a weight loss camp last summer.  During the six-week stay away from home, I have gained new friends.  With them, I have gained self-confidence and enjoyed playing sports.
