Becoming one of the best wedding photographers in Chicago isn’t an easy task.  There is so much to know, both technically and creatively and of course the business aspect.  Simply buying an expensive camera won’t make you any more creative, just like buying a good paintbrush won’t make you Picasso.  Start small and learn the trade through education, assisting and small jobs.  Start by shooting a friends wedding at no charge or as a second shooter.  When you’ve gained some confidence, move on to bigger gigs.  You don’t want to jump into the fire and have unhappy clients.
