There have been many teachers come through this way that have tried to teach me various guitar methods.  However, even though many of them have come through with various skill sets and gifts, I have not seen one of them teach me what I have learned today from my new teacher.  I just found out how to learn alternate picking techniques.  This is really what I have wanted to learn for a while now.  I want the speed and skill necessary to do some serious shredding.  I have long dreamed of doing this, but didn’t now what I needed to do to learn.
