I was in a car accident recently and my minivan was totaled. I was devastated, we owed more on the van than it was worth and I wasn’t sure how we were going to be able to purchase another one. Well, fortunately for me, I had gap insurance on the van and received a check to pay off my van. That left me in a position where I could get a new Car Loan without putting additional stress on the family finances. I enjoyed shopping for a new car and the bank that I purchased my last van through were more than happy to finance me once again.
