I got a big commission and bonus at work last December so I decided to buy a house. So with little time to waste and a lot of money to spend I searched all over Denver for a perfect house or apartment and found one in Lakewood. I blindly paid the deposit without first doing a proper evaluation of the property. I got a contractor to do minor renovations to the house just for him to tell me that I need to upgrade the electrical system in the house. He provided a licensed electrician to do a walk through the property and give me an estimate for the electrical systems that need repair and upgrading. Through this experience, i got to know different roles that denver electricians play which include; commercial electrical services for new development, remodeling old homes electrical systems which will increase the value of the house and my comfort and lastly introduction of Eco-sensitive energy solutions to my home like solar energy and introduction of electrical fixtures that save energy. This may get me green tax credits which is a big bonus since I think the houses repairs will surely cost more than I bargained
