When I was 10 years old, my dream was to become a world famous chef. Even though that dream was not exactly realized, I still think my catering business could become famous! Well, regionally famous, that is! My business has picked up significantly in the last year and I am having a little trouble keeping up with demands. This year, I will be attending a few promo catering events to get some ideas for new foods and try to find ways to be creative using shortcuts without cutting quality. This time next year, I hope to be able to hire some new employees.
