Father really enjoys to play golf he even travel different place just to play golf with  his friends. His birthday is getting near and I wanted to give him something that would make him happy and there is only one thing that he would really like, new golf clubs. I wanted to surprise him so I pretended that I forgot his birthday and since if I go out shopping before his big day he would think that I’m preparing something for him. So, in order to keep my gift secret I just bought the golf club on this golf clubs for sale online. The choices of golf clubs were farely nice and of good quality.

Yesterday I ran the Boston marathon. Last week I climbed he Eiffel Tower. Next week I am going to cycle through the streets of Spain. I have been all around the world once, and now I am returning to my favorite places. Well, I am not rich but I can dream. Every week I pick a special destination. Then I get on a piece of fitness equipment, put on my headphones, and start travelling. It’s amazing how far my imagination will take me when I’m lost in the words of my motivational tapes. I get to leave home and come back the same day. And I never have to worry about jet lag!   

A friend of mine called me up the other day, and he told me that he had something really great that he wanted to show me.  I asked him what it was, and he said that it was a new piece of fitness equipment that he had just ordered.  I expected it to be this big piece of machinery, but when I went over to his house, I saw this little tiny thing.  Before I could ask “How does the Accelerate Advantage Work?”, he told me to sit down and read the information on the Accelerate Fitness Equipment website.  I was amazed at what I saw.

My mom called me the other day and we were talking about her recent visit to the doctor.  The doctor told her that she needs to get in better shape and suggested that she start exercising on a regular basis.  She asked me if I knew of any good exercise equipment that she could purchase.  I did some Internet searching and found landice fitness equipment and I was really impressed with what I read.  It seems like they have many loyal users who rave about the quality of the equipment.  I will be suggesting that my mom get it and I am sure she will use it to get in better shape.

Well even though the legal issues are probably over, AoM 1 has taken some heavy recoil because of this. My teenager loves to wear and collect jerseys.  He wants to wear the replica jerseys of all of his favorite athletes.  He also collects authentic jerseys that were actually worn by his idols.  He has over 30 in his collection and his prized possession is a Grady Sizemore autographed jersey.  He absolutely loves this and he asked me to put it in a frame so he could hang it in his room.  It looks great and all of his friends are jealous when they see it.  I am glad that he really loves sports.  It is a great hobby and he really enjoys collection jerseys.

One thing is for certain when it comes to those who are avid track and field athletes.  When training young athletes, it is important to include speed development training.  When working with a runner, developing their speed is as important as coaching them along in technique.  Without the right technique, they will never be fast.  However, with the right technique, they won’t be as fast as those trained for speed.  Getting a speed coach will definitely help out.  Speed coaches are specialized in showing an athlete how to get the most speed from their techniques, making those trained for speed faster than those who are not.

My son is doing flag football in PE right now. I know the PE teacher, and the idea is exercise and team building skills, although my son seems to be getting way more out of it than just that. First of all, there is a girl on his team that he likes to impress. So every night before he has PE, he finds new flag football plays on the Internet. Then he learns them and pretends to pull them right out of his head during class. He’s such a little Casanova – he must have gotten that from his father! It certainly wasn’t from me.

I am going down to the gym tonight after work and I think I will be there for quite a long time by the look of things. I am swimming first off with my little girl and then I am having a game of squash followed by a weight session. Not bad for a Monday hey, as I usually feel quite tired after the weekend. I have started to take a product called maximuscle cyclone and it is working wonders for my strength training and recovery speed. I am now able to train longer and harder than I ever have been able to before which is great, I love it.
