One morning my car got half way to work and decided to die right there in the middle of the traffic rush. The repair shop called and said they would need to keep the car a few days. Payday was so far off that I had no idea where I would get the money for the car repairs and to rent a vehicle so I would miss no time at work. I found a local company that offered payday loans, and they got me the cash within a couple of hours.
