Fat burning Furnace: Fruits and vegetables

One thing I have learned from the Fatburning Furnace diet plan is the importance of fruits and vegetables in our diet. That is the reason I would include these two in our daily meals.
I know that my children need them to develop their muscles and bones.
Fruits can cleanse the body because it contains a large amount of water, fiber and vitamins. The best fruit choices are apples, citrus fruits, cranberries, blueberries, mangoes, melons and pineapple. These are high in Vitamin C, E and B12, potassium and phosphorus.
Vegetables are also high in fiber to aid our metabolism. I would suggest that you eat cabbage, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, celery, tomatoes and peppers.
