getting a quick workout

some of the time i am looking for a workout that i can get done in a short amount of time. i really like to train but there are times when it can be tough to get in the that i had planned.it is good to have a back up plan for something like this. 7 minute workouts really are not possible, but you can get a quick total body workout done in 30 minutes or less. i will just do 4 sets of deadlifts followed by 4 sets of squats and be done with it. it just seems like alot.
