How do I reduce sciatica symptoms when I just got out of the hospital. I am sure that this pain is a result of the car accident. I just got home and I am not sure whether or not it is safe to try to do anything yet. I am still on medication for some of the other injuries, but I know that when that is done, there is going to be a lot of leg pain as a result of the sciatica. I may be planning a little too far ahead, but I just want to make sure that it doesn’t get worse.
