Face toning exercises promote proper blood circulation in the face, alleviate the tension resulting to the improvement of the facial appearance overall. These exercises are capable of making your facial muscles toned and firm for a wrinkle and saggy free face.
For the forehead, use your index fingers and place them above your eyes. Raise eyebrows while pulling down eyes. For your lips, you can suck your finger hard and then remove it slowly. For the eyes, close your eyes while sitting relaxed. Look up and down while the eyes are close and look as far as you can. Ten repetitions are recommended for these exercises daily.
