Have you ever suffered with lower back pain right side?  After many years of hobbling around with infants and young toddlers hanging off of my sides, hoisting them up and down, lifting multiple diaper bags, play yards, and a multitude of children’s toys throughout my daily life, I developed a chronic pain in this area.  I would wake up in the middle of the night or have a hard time falling asleep because I just couldn’t get comfortable.
