I’m not the most patient person on the planet, I’ll certainly admit that. But I will say that I never expected that learning how to cleanse your colon would be such a frustrating experience. I thought I had done everything right and had gone out and gotten all of the supplies and supplements that I would need to do it effectively. But once I started taking the pills and waiting for everything to work, basically nothing happened. I don’t know how long it’s supposed to take but it seems to me that it shouldn’t take more than a week which is how long I’ve been waiting.
