How to Get Into Shape Quickly

Getting into shape is often the most important thing for someone who wants to increase their social life. Like it or not, a huge portion of how people interact with each other is based on sight and looks — this probably shouldn’t be the case, but it’s true.

That’s why I’m a big fan of the pull up bar. The pull up bar allows pretty much anyone to start to get into shape by working out every time they walk out the door. It’s extremely simple, yet it works completely well.

You can focus your excercise on the biceps if you are a guy and the chest if you’re a girl — either way, increasing social status. Call it “primitive” but it’s how humans function. Pull up bars allow you to advance.
