Stress Can Cause Dandruff

Stress can cause dandruff.  We have heard about the many negative impacts that stress can cause on our bodies.It should therefore be no surprise that stress can even affect our scalp causing us to have dandruff. The toxins that our bodies produce due to anxiety, stress and anger are numerous and weaken our immune system in a very silent killing manner. People get stressed for many reasons and some stress can be subconscious, nevertheless it gnaws at our bodies and in little time we are sick with multiple internal complications.As Bob Marley said in his most famous song, ”Don’t Worry About A Thing……”
