The many possibilities of chicken and rice

You can make so many variations of chicken and rice for a quick and easy supper. Brown chicken until a golden color and then cover in a sauce. Soy sauce, ginger and a little water add savory flavor while making for tender chicken. Or cover with a couple cans of beans instead for a hearty beans and rice dinner. Dont forget to cook a big pot of rice over which to serve your chicken and rice. Not in the mood for a heavy meal? Stir fry chicken chunks with vegetables and serve over jasmine rice for a light but authentic Asian entre.
