For years I have seen the infomercials that have had the same guy on them talking about how people like you and me can become financially free using his particular programs about buying and investing in real estate.  Carlton Sheet is his name, and while I have been interested in his programs, I still haven’t decided whether or not I really want to invest in them.  I personally have never been a big fan of anyone that is considered a “guru”, however that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t know what what he is talking about.  Who knows?  Maybe I will pick up his system, I have heard that at the least there is a lot of good information in it.
