Chuck really wanted to be a dog owner, but he had many questions before he decided if he was truly ready. He talked with many of his friends that were pet owners about the expenses of having a pet. He wanted to know the possible problems and concerns of raising a pet. One friend mentioned that it was possible to purchase a Pet Health Insurance Plan that could save a lot of money in the long run. He recommended that he consider doing so, should he decide he wanted a pet. After listening to all of his friends words of advice, Chuck decided that he could afford a dog and was excited to find the perfect one!
