I have done a lot of work to my house on my own. I am very proud of it and how it looks. However, it is only half way done. I started on the first floor because it was an open space and I thought that would be easier for me to work with. Now I am moving on to the upstairs and would like to redesign it myself using a floor plan software. I have a friend that did this and his house looks great. He said that he saved himself a lot of money and was able to get it just how he wanted it.
