I just checked Amazon’s bestsellers list in the toys and games category. No fewer than eight out of the top ten slots are occupied by Zhu Zhu pets - they also take fifteen out of the top twenty five slots. That is surely a signal as to just how popular these motorized hamsters are right now. If they are not the top selling toy this Christmas season I will eat my hat. They were only released at the end of August and they are already dominating the sales rankings! Not just at Amazon but at Wal Mart and Toys R Us. If you are intending giving one for Christmas then you had better buy early.
