Barefoot Running

There is a heightened curiosity about barefoot running after the release of with the novel Born to Run written by Chris McDougal. McDougal embellishes the storyplot of the group inside a rual community in Mexico that jog all day long and do not use running shoes. In other chapters of the publication McDougal begins a critique about the athletic shoes corporations using lots of misleading as well as misunderstanding involving exactly what McDougal interprets will be anti- running footwear analysis. It is widely popular by those in the running without shoes community as the reality. The issue is the data does not in fact state precisely what the writer interprets it as actually saying.
