Charts for Weight Lifting

I recently began a program of lifting weights. My life had been more about watching what I ate and walking a lot for aerobic activity but I know that in order to see real results fast it is important to add resistance work and that means weight training. The best way to track progress and see what the future is going to hold is with a weight training chart and that is what I am using. It is like my road map to show me each day what I am working on and how much weight I lifted in how many repetitions.
