I have been training at the Melbourne mma center for three weeks now and to be honest its not what i expected and i mean that in a good way of course. I joined on the three a week session plan which enables me the train up to three sessions. I thought if i only do that amount of sessions my fitness gains would not be that great but i was surprisingly impressed. The trainers at the facility train you incredibly hard and work you to your limit. i have found the sessions i do have made a dramatic improvement to my fitness health and conditioning.
