Putting together a new company can be a daunting task indeed. After all; there are so many thing to decide. What sized building does your company need to fullfil it’s needs? What company do you go with for purchasing all the electronic equipment that your business will use, like computers and copy machines. Should you employ the use of on sight or offsite data backup services to protect the company’s data? Should you avoid purchasing a water cooler, and instead give out water bottles to your future employees in order to cut down on chit-chat? That is why I advise writing down all the decisions you have to make so that you can keep them in order.
